Who we are

This website is operated by Koala Optics LLC. Koala Lifestyle is the storefront name used for Koala Optics products on Amazon.

Information you submit

When you use the support or contact form, we receive the information you enter: your name, email address, and message or support description, the issue type you select on the support form, plus a phone number or order number if you choose to provide one.

How we use it

Submitted information is used to answer your inquiry or to provide product or order support.

How it reaches us

Form submissions are delivered to Koala Optics by email through an email delivery service provider. Your email address is set as the reply address so we can respond to you.

Phone support

Calls to our customer-service line, 1-888-759-9882, are answered by an AI virtual assistant run by a voice-service provider. The assistant says at the start of the call that the call may be recorded. What you tell it is used to create a support ticket so we can follow up.

Chat support

The chat on this website is answered by an AI virtual assistant run by the same voice-service provider. The assistant says at the start of the chat that the chat may be recorded. What you type is used to create a support ticket so we can follow up.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Hosting creates standard technical request logs used for security and reliability.

Spam protection

The support and contact forms and the chat use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical information from your browser and device to confirm that a person, not an automated script, is using them.

Retailer links

This site links to Amazon and CVS. Links to Amazon carry Amazon Attribution parameters, which let Amazon report to us, in aggregate, how many visits and purchases came from this site. Activity on those destinations is governed by their privacy policies and systems.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information submitted through this website. We can share information with service providers that support website and email operations, when required by law, or in connection with a business transaction.

Contact

For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected] or write to Koala Optics LLC, Huntington, New York.
